Summary:
A few common mistakes bloggers make when trying to improve their blog's revenue.
Keywords:
blog, traffic, revenue, adsense, ppc, cpc, ads, google
Article Body:
Those who blog partly because they want to earn some extra money often ask the question:"Why is my revenue so low?" There are people who think that blogs simply can not generate much money. They are wrong! Blog can generate you the same amount of money if not more compared to any other website. Now im talking about PPC (Pay per click) sorces of revenue such as google adsense here.
The main problem I have noticed is that people tend to concentrate on wider markets. If you are running a personal diary kind of blog, the chances are that there are thousands of similar blogs around. The more competition you have, the harder it will be for you to make some cash. Instead try concentrating on smaller markets also known as niche markets. Not only it will be easier for you to develop the traffic, the CPC (Cost per click) should also be higher due to advertisers demand exceeding publishers supply.
Secondly you need to have a unique selling point. You need to give your readers something that nobody else does. This should really help you get returning visitors.
Finally it's the ads themselves. You should channel your ads. This way you will be able to measure your ad block's performance. One of the most important things is to experiment. Try different ad formats, colours and positioning. Run your setup for a few weeks, note the performance and try something different. Even if you think you have found the optimum ad setup keep on trying to improve it. In most cases you can always tweak something to make your ad performance better.
If you need help finding traffic for your blog, you can always submit your blog stories to the new personal blog news publishing system designed especially for the blogging community

Article Body:
How many millions of websites are there on the Internet? Who knows? But, one thing that is for certain is that behind every domain is a man, woman or company looking to meet its own financial goals.
The trick of an article title like this one is that by using the word "faith" in the title, many people will automatically assume that it is an article about religion. Having said that, it is important to note that this article is NOT about religion.
This article is actually about "faith," which is entirely separate from religion.
Do you have faith in your children that they will always do the right thing? This kind of "faith" is an "absolute belief" in the character and integrity of your children. And that my friend is different from a "religious belief."
Do you have faith that the sun will arise in the East tomorrow morning? This kind of "faith" is an "absolute belief" in the processes of nature.
The Power Of The Sun In Teaching Faith
I am not talking about "faith" in the Egyptian sun god Ra or the Greek sun god Apollo. Like I told you before, this is not an article about religion. Instead, this article is about faith and understanding the principles of faith.
Consider for a moment how you think about the sun. When you go to bed each night, you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the sun will rise the next day. You know that if it is dark outside, it is only a matter of hours before the sun's light fills your day.
Think about how much confidence you have in the idea of the sun rising tomorrow morning to light another day. Yes, clouds might hide the sun from our direct view, but those clouds cannot block all of the sun's light. Those clouds might darken our skies, but they cannot prevent the sun from rising.
If I had told you that the sun would not come up tomorrow morning, then you would have known me to be a fool.
So how is it that you could so confidently think of me as a fool, if I were to say the sun would not rise tomorrow morning?
For the sake of argument, dwell for just a moment on the absolute certainty that you have in your heart and mind that the sun will rise tomorrow morning.
The feeling you have right now is what it really means to have "faith."
An Unshakable Belief
As a child, I remember hearing stories about people who had that absolute faith that things would go their way. I heard one time about a preacher who had a faith beyond measure. Yes, I am talking about a preacher, but I am still not talking about religion.
The preacher had told his friends that he was going on a trip the following Friday. But, his friends also knew that he really did not have the money for such a trip, and they said as much to the preacher.
The preacher told them that the money he needed for his trip would be provided to him. Penniless and faithful, this man had a real faith, even an unbreakable certainty that his trip would become possible. For him, it was not a matter of "if" he could get the money for his trip; it was a matter of "he will have the money" in time for his trip.
On Thursday, the day before his scheduled trip, one of his friends asked him if he had gotten the money for his trip yet. The preacher dutifully said no, but assured his friend that he would have the money in time for his trip.
Sure enough, Friday morning came, and his friend produced enough money to ensure that the preacher's trip would go off without a hitch.
Cheating You Say?
The preacher's faith paid off for him and his planned trip. Sure, in this case the preacher's friend came through to reward the preacher's faith. And one might try to argue that it was not an act of "reliable" faith that produced that result.
But as I look around at people I know, I see the principle of faith at work in their lives.
Frequently I hear people tell me, "Clinton, this month we will see a 20% increase in sales." And then it comes to pass.
People tell me, "Clinton, my business will generate a quarter million in sales this year," and then it happens.
My mentors tell me that the first step to success is setting measurable goals and believing with an unshakeable faith that those outcomes will come to fruition.
Poppycock
For years, I had believed that this faith thing was just a bunch of poppycock. Then one day, I convinced myself that a particular goal was within my reach. Things had been going my way, so I decided that I would earn $500 per month online, to supplement my families tight financial resources.
My faith was unshakeable; I knew in that moment that I would make $500 that month and each month thereafter. And then it happened.
Yes, I was able to have an unbreakable belief in myself with my small goal, and then I was able to realize that small goal. Soon after, I promptly forgot about my newfound manifestation of faith.
Just like many other people, when I finally learned and manifested the principle of faith for the first time, I thanked chance for delivering the goods.
Realizing The Power Of Faith In My Online Business
One day, I looked back and realized that chance may have not been in play to bring me my previous success. I considered the possibility that perhaps faith did have a role after all. So, I created a new goal. And then I built up my faith, practicing the belief that what I desired would come true. I set a goal to earn as much from my online business, as I did each week from my daytime job. Within the next few weeks, I built up my confidence level.
One day, the light just came on. I knew deep in my heart that my goal would be realized. In that moment, I realized within myself an unshakeable belief that I would reach my goal.
Within a few days, my online sales began to increase to a level that was required for me to manifest my stated goal.
The Human Condition
Unbreakable faith had delivered twice for me, and yet I let it pass another six months before I tried again. So soon we forget and return to a condition of disbelief.
My wife and I had been talking about taking a family vacation, but we really did not have the money to do so. Within just a few days, I realized that the power of faith could deliver a family vacation for my family, so I made a decision to earn $12,000 to pay for a vacation to remember.
This time, I did not have to prepare myself to accept the faith that my desire would come true. I just decided in that instant that I would earn the money needed for our family getaway.
How did it work out?
Within the next seven days, my business earned $18,000 in pure profit. It truly was a vacation of a lifetime for my family and I.
Remembering The Sunrise
When you learn to manifest the power of faith in your own life and your business, you also will reap the rewards of faith.
However you define your goals and success in your own life, they will come true, once you make the decision to believe with unwavering faith that your goals will become a reality.

IBM Lotus Notes with Domino email server is traditional document workflow management solution for large corporate business, where you need audit trail on approval cycle and decision making. Microsoft Business Solutions CRM is very cost efficient solution to automate sales process. It might be surprising, but we see good strata of clients who are willing to deploy and integrate both systems: MS CRM and Lotus Domino. In our opinion these clients are balancing ERP platform risks and trying to protect and deploy investments into Lotus licenses, while deploying new and already leading CRM solution – Microsoft CRM. In this small article we'll give you the integration example – European division of one of the well known machinery manufacturer dealership network.
• Custom Lotus Database. In our case client had custom database, which was designed back in the beginning of 1990th. Some dealers had Lotus Notes Domino 4.0 and some of them had 6.0 and 6.5. Technical excurse – in Lotus Notes Domino 6.0 you can use Java 2 agents, and it seems to be platform independent (Microsoft Windows Server, IBM AS/400). To synch all the dealerships – the decision was made to upgrade across the network to Lotus Notes Domino 6.0 (to be a bit conservative)
• Domino Messaging. Obviously you have to have just one email server assigned to your url domain, and as traditionally Lotus Domino was the email server – the replacement with Microsoft Exchange 2003 (which is natural choice if you purchase Microsoft CRM) was not an option. With Alba Spectrum Technologies MS CMR Lotus Notes Domino connector you can switch email messaging to Lotus Domino
• Lotus & MS CRM events synchronization. IBM and Microsoft software designers designed CRM & Lotus events differently. Second phase of the project implementation will synchronize appointments, calendar events, etc. between Lotus and MS CRM.
• MS CRM ODBC lookups to Lotus database. As the second phase we plan to implement lookups from MS CRM Account to cases with custom fields and Lotus notes lookup tab. This tab will be realized as web .net application, integrated into MS CRM web interface. This web application will have machine serial number, warranty & service info. As you probably know in MS CRM 3.0 you can deploy custom table in link it to MS CRM object as one-to-many. The most important is that it will be synchronized by MS Outlook and will allow you as a salesperson to work offline.

Web design companies are in a very competitive market and some offer some great deals at various times of the year, especially around christmas time
People who are just starting out in a career building custom design websites will often offer their services at a very reasonable rate, basically to build up a portfolio. Once they have established themselves they then tend to increase the amount they charge. Therefore you need to get in quick while there offering a professional service for an unprofessional fee.
I have even heard about one person who for a very short period of time was building websites for free! This is an extreme case though.
A colleague of mine called Peter was looking to have an internet prescence for his small business a number of years ago. He did not have a huge budget, however was looking for a person or company to create him a professional looking website which would be search engine friendly at an affordable price.
He tried looking in many areas including yellow pages, ebay, bargain pages and also by asking his friends, to see if they knew of anybody.
He also searched in Google for the search term, very cheap website design in Birmingham. There were many different websites listed, after a few phone calls, he managed to find a very good deal.
There are plenty of people offering quality website design services, who do not charge huge fees, just keep looking and you are sure to find them.

Book Review: The Truth about the JFK Assassination Conspiracy is Finally Revealed

"Falsely Accused" by R.E. "Gus" Payne reveals shocking truths about the JFK assassination. Americans finally get their questions answered about that dreaded day...

Article Body:
Author R.E. "Gus" Payne dives into the depths of truth about the JFK assassination conspiracy in his book "Falsely Accused." From the author of "The Death of Brandon Lee: The Untold Story" and "Caught in the Crossfire" comes a book that answers many pertinent questions about JFK's murder that have plagued Americans for years.
Why did the New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison and the U.S. Justice Department refuse to investigate the known Mafia leader Carlos Marcello in connection with the assassination of President John F. Kennedy? Why did Garrison, along with other U.S. Justice Department officials, deny the existence of the Mafia's part in the assassination when it was clearly a matter to be investigated? These questions and more are finally answered in Payne's eye-opening book.
Names such as Lee Harvey Oswald, Clay Shaw and David Ferrie always arouse curiosity in the minds of those who want to know what really happened on that dreaded day in history. These three men were said to have been seen together on the day of JFK's assassination, but were they really? Witnesses changed their stories. Why?
The author goes a step further and looks closely at the New Orleans FBI and those that were in charge of investigating the JFK assassination as well as the possible involvement of Carlos Marcello. He also explains in vivid detail key facts in the investigation such as the missing "BRILAB" tape recordings, the "FOGG" arrest report, and more.
EXCERPTS FROM THE BOOK "FALSELY ACCUSED"
From Chapter 1:
In Marcello's case the intent of the Kennedy administration was made known even before Inauguration Day, January 20, 1961. On December 28, 1960, the New Orleans States-Item reported that Attorney General-designate Kennedy was planning specific actions against Marcello. An FBI report from that period noted:
"On January 12, 1961, a [source] advised that Carlos Marcello is extremely apprehensive and upset and has been since the New Orleans States-Item newspaper on December 28, 1960 published a news story reporting that... Robert F. Kennedy stated he would expedite the deportation proceedings pending against Marcello after Kennedy takes office in January 1961."
While the House Select Committee on Assassinations carefully examined numerous areas of information pertaining to the proficiency of the FBI in investigating organized crime during the 1950's and early 1960's, and found various areas in which Bureau performance was significantly deficient, questionable and even suspiciously so, the city of New Orleans was a special case. The FBI's outright denial of the existence of organized crime in New Orleans was unique to that city.
The facts reveal that the Bureau's conclusions on Marcello in New Orleans were attributable to a disturbing attitude on the part of the senior agent who supervised the organized crime investigations in that city, Regis Kennedy. He had been in charge of the Bureau's work on Marcello and the New Orleans Mafia for years; unfortunately, he had also directed much of the FBI investigation in that city of President Kennedy's assassination.

First >>> "What is an Affiliate Program?" <<<
Affiliate Programs, also known as Associate Programs are just a way companies get massive traffic, sales or members without the need to personally recruit new people for their business.
If you are familar with Network Marketing in the real world you will have no problem understanding Affiliate Programs.
These companies recruit a sales force that only gets paid when they make sales or give direct referrals or leads.
As an affiliate you promote their products and services. In return they will pay you a commission for each sale or membership you sell on their behalf.
How and when do you get paid?
What is the pay out or commission structure?
How many levels or tiers will you get paid on?
1. Do you get paid even if you are a free affiliate, or do you have to be a paid member to earn commissions?
Note: If you are working with an affiliate program that allows you to join for free and you sign up others that are joining for free you will have a hard time earning any money.
2. How often are checks sent out and is there a minimum amount you must earn before you get paid?
If you have to earn a $100 before you get paid you could be waiting a while. Pay attention to the pay out structure of any program.
3. Do you get paid for direct sales and sign ups only or can you earn money on multiple levels or tiers? Do you get paid for the sales your affiliates make?
Here are two examples of pay out plans.
>>> First scenario: Single level or tier sales:
>>> You only get paid for the direct sales you make.
You join a program that costs you $19.95 a month to be a paid member and pays you $10.00 a month for each affiliate you sign up that will pay the $19.95 each month for the products and services the company provides.
You sign up 10 people that pay $19.95 a month and you earn $10 from each person. You are sent a $100 check each month as long as all ten remain as paying affiliates.
With this program you only make sales on people you directly sign up and only for the sales you make yourself.
For you to make more money you must sign up more people willing to pay $19.95 each and every month.
This is a single tier program. You only get paid for your direct sales or sign ups.
>>> Second Scenario: Multiple levels or tiers:
>>> You also get paid for your affiliates sales.
You join a program that pays you $10.00 a month for each of the affiliates you have directly signed up, but you also get $3.00 when your affiliate signs up a paying member or makes a sale.
Those same 10 people will still earn you $100 each month just like the single tier, but now it gets more interesting.
Each paying person your affiliates signs up or for each sale they make will earn you another $3.00.
If each of your 10 affiliates sign up 5 new affiliates that will pay the $19.95 each month you will earn $3.00 times 50 people. So you will earn an extra $150 each month.
Now you are earning $250 instead of $100.
Now think about it for a minute. Okay, times up. Which plan do you think is the better one?
Most ebusiness owners are either too intimidated by affiliate programs to do anything, or they jump right in over their head.
Both suffer because of it. The first person never gets to know the positive impact on ones finances affiliate programs have, while the other never learns the ropes and gives up which leaves them in the same position as the first person.
There are a lot of great affiliate programs available, actually so many it can be difficult to choose one, and that is when the cycle starts all over.
What is the solution to this problem?? Believe it or not the answer is quite simple. DO RESEARCH!! Ask and you will receive.
If you really want to be a good affiliate and create other good affiliates don't assume things. You need to know what your are doing.
What's the plan, Mann?
If you are completely new to affiliate programs you should be seeking help from people that you have learned to trust.
These people can give you the heads up on the affiliate programs they are familiar with. Never be afraid to ask for help.
A recommendation goes a long way. Credibility is on the line every time someone recommends something. For this reason your trusted friend should be giving you accurate information.
If you are already in an affiliate program and totally lost as to your next move you should be contacting those that are in the same program but have already figured it out. Again, if you don't ask questions you will most likely not get any answers.
But I have just started and I don't know anyone yet. Okay that's fair.
If this is you I would say you go to Google and do a search for
"affiliate programs forum" or "affiliate programs" forum
This will give you a list of forums that you can participate in. Once you are on the forums you can read the messages that other people have left.
Look through the posts to see how business is conducted so that you won't say or do something against there policies.
Where better to ask for help than a place where like minded people hang out and share their experiences online.
Don't overlook forums, they are a source of valuable resources.
Here are some of the questions you should be asking people:
1. Do their products or services meet a need? If you are not meeting a need you are going to have a hard time promoting and sell the products and services.
2. Is this a single tier or 2 tier program. Remember the above example. 2 Tier is going to allow you to earn more doing less. Keep in mind that even single tier programs can earn you large quantities of money. So pay attention to the selling price and the pay out you will receive.
3. How often and how to you get paid? How much do you have to have on account before you get paid? If there is a minimum amount you may have to wait a while before you see a check.
4. What kind of support system do they have in place? Are you able to ask questions and get answers right away. Can you see what your commissions are in real time?
5. How much does it cost to get started. Most affiliate programs will let you start for free and that can be enticing. Then you find out that is costs $100 to actually start making money.
6. Are you required to have your own web site? This is an added expense and may be a surprise that you don't need.
To summarize, you need to research the programs you are curious about and be sure to go to forums where like minded people hang out and ask lots of questions.
Look for affiliate programs that have a great support system and are easy to learn.
Consider the levels you can get paid on. You may find that a two tier program will create more income with less work. Not without work, but with less work.
